Dispatch & Deliveries
Depending on the weight and value of your order, CrewCare Limited will select Postal or Carrier Delivery for the most suitable delivery method. You can find the delivery method for your order within your order acknowledgement email.
- For carrier deliveries a signature may be required and you can track the status of your order via online Order Status.
- For postal deliveries no signature is required and order status tracking is not available.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Mail Bag addresses. Scheduled delivery services.
You can also find delivery costs at checkout, on the order acknowledgement email and online when you view your order on the Order Status website. You can choose a different Delivery Method for each item on your order:
- Express Delivery Service by Australia Post: 1 - 3 working days after dispatch
- Standard Delivery Service by Australia Post: 2 - 7 working days after dispatch
Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address and availability of your items. A signature may be required for delivery.
You can also find delivery costs at checkout, on the Order Confirmation email and online when you view your order on the Order Status when you login to our website.
We keep you informed
Shortly after you place your order by Credit or Debit card, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details, including estimated dispatch and delivery times for each item.
Once your order has been dispatched for delivery you will receive a dispatch notification email containing your carrier details, tracking information (if applicable) and your scheduled delivery time. If ordering as a gift, you may wish to provide your own email address and not the address of the recipient.
Please make sure that the email address on your order is correct and that the email has not been directed to a spam folder.
You can track your order via the Order Status when logged in to our website, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Memberships
Once you purchase a membership sunscription, you will automatically receive an email notification asking to confirm your email address. An administrator will be advised once your email has been confirmed and approve your application soon after. Should your application be rejected for any reason, you will be notified and a full refund will be given within 7 days.
