I would like to thank Support Act and Crew Care for this recent opportunity to be a part of the online Plug-In workshops, a series of 4 online zoom forums that Ash King from the Indigo Project presented  as the main facilitator as well as Support Act and Crew Care facilitators that joined, blended with Roady4roadies to assist with the communications and well being of personell during quite difficult and ever changing times.

These easily accessed internet zoom connections have been inciteful, awakening and valuable for not only me as one of the ol'gals, but my fellow colleagues young and old.

Ash, with her  trained professional  knowledge, and easy to read work sheets, guided us through the gentle connection to body and presence at the start each session. With the easy connection in chat to ask a question or add to the moment of the forum at any time, the non-judgemental responses from facilitators.

Thank you.

After hanging up the mic following an untreatable vocal injury, she’s now using psychology & mindfulness to help folks live their best lives with creativity, passion and purpose. She has worked across a range of creative fields, including film & tv, live music, visual arts and radio, and run workshops and talks for APRA/AMCOs, BigSound, Australian Institute of Music, Live Nation, Amazon & Pinterest.
