Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for purchasing from CrewCare Limited.
CrewCare Limited ensure it complies with Australian Consumer Law. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our store products can be refunded within 30 days of the original purchase.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Before you return a product, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging
Sale items & Memorabillia
Sale items and memorabillia can be refunded within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are not refundable.

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
Event Ticket Sales
If for any reason to wish to cancell your ticket purchase to a CrewCare Event, you can do so by contacting us within 7 days of the original purchase date via the Contact us options outlined below;
Should your application be rejected for any reason, you will be notified and a full refund will be given within 7 days.
If you wish to cancell your membership, it must be done so in writing. Membership subsciptions are non-refundable.
All donations made directly to CrewCare are accepted in good faith. Should an incorrect amount have been paid in error, please contact CrewCare within 30 days of payment and we will refund or adjust the amount.
