By using this website, and by agreeing to the terms and conditions and privacy policy, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age or have parent/guardian permission prior to use.
No liability will be accepted by CrewCare Limited or any subsidiary affiliation in relation to outcomes of use, if purchases are made without parental consent or if you ‘change your mind’ about a purchase once payment has been received. All monies received are non-refundable and issues related to downloaded content and delivery dates may be subject to problems or alteration without notice.
CrewCare Limited will not intentionally or knowingly sell or give any personal information provided on the website to any other organisation, without your permission.
By providing your information on the website, you give permission however for CrewCare Inc.to include your name and email address on an internal mailing list to notify you of promotional material distributed by CrewCare Inc.
CrewCare Limited (ABN 60 636 534 944) collects and uses personal information about you to;
- process and/or renew your CrewCare membership
- keep you informed about events and activities of CrewCare
- assist in responding to any requests you make to CrewCare about its operation and events
- establish and operate a CrewCare membership services directory

Your personal information may be provided by CrewCare to Support Act Ltd (ABN: 43 079 588 604 / DGR: 900449383), its officers, employees and/or representatives for marketing purposes and other organisations that it uses in the ordinary administration of tCrewCare including a printing or mailing supplier.
If at any time you provide the personal information of another person to CrewCare, then you must first ensure that person has read and understood this privacy statement and separately consented to that personal information being collected, used and disclosed by CrewCare for the above purposes.

Depending on the weight and value of your order, CrewCare Limited will select Postal or Carrier Delivery for the most suitable delivery method. You can find the delivery method for your order within your order acknowledgement email.
- For carrier deliveries a signature may be required and you can track the status of your order via online Order Status.
- For postal deliveries no signature is required and order status tracking is not available.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Mail Bag addresses. Scheduled delivery services.
You can also find delivery costs at checkout, on the order acknowledgement email and online when you view your order on the Order Status website. You can choose a different Delivery Method for each item on your order:
- Express Delivery Service by Australia Post: 1 - 3 working days after dispatch
- Standard Delivery Service by Australia Post: 2 - 7 working days after dispatch
Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address and availability of your items. A signature may be required for delivery.
You can also find delivery costs at checkout, on the Order Confirmation email and online when you view your order on the Order Status when you login to our website.
We keep you informed
Shortly after you place your order by Credit or Debit card, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details, including estimated dispatch and delivery times for each item.
Once your order has been dispatched for delivery you will receive a dispatch notification email containing your carrier details, tracking information (if applicable) and your scheduled delivery time. If ordering as a gift, you may wish to provide your own email address and not the address of the recipient.
Please make sure that the email address on your order is correct and that the email has not been directed to a spam folder.
You can track your order via the Order Status when logged in to our website, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Memberships
Once you purchase a membership sunscription, you will automatically receive an email notification asking to confirm your email address. An administrator will be advised once your email has been confirmed and approve your application soon after. Should your application be rejected for any reason, you will be notified and a full refund will be given within 7 days.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Before you return a product, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging
Sale items & Memorabillia
Sale items and memorabillia can be refunded within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are not refundable.

Digital products
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
Event Ticket Sales
If for any reason to wish to cancell your ticket purchase to a CrewCare Event, you can do so by contacting us within 7 days of the original purchase date via the Contact us options outlined below;
Memberships
Should your application be rejected for any reason, you will be notified and a full refund will be given within 7 days.
Membership Cancellation
If you wish to cancell your membership, it must be done so in writing. Membership subsciptions are non-refundable.
Donations
All donations made directly to CrewCare are accepted in good faith. Should an incorrect amount have been paid in error, please contact CrewCare within 30 days of payment and we will refund or adjust the amount.
