Whether you're an individual or a small business, those who work behind the scenes in the music and live events sector have to make informed decisions daily about how to find your next job, pay your taxes, and find financial stability.

Support Act, in partnership with CrewCare and music industry accounting experts White Sky, are pleased to present Money Money Money - a workshop series specifically designed to educate people who work in live music about how to improve your own mental wellbeing through good money management and improved financial literacy.

Jo Syme (Big Scary, Pieater Records, Hotel Motel Records) will host, with expert advice being provided by White Sky staff members Matty Tan & Kavisha Kuruk, and business consultant Monica Davidson from Creative + Business.

Money Money Money - Financial Wellbeing 101 for Crew, will cover:

  • What business structure is right for you.
  • Getting your taxes right and in on time
  • Keeping good records
  • What you can claim
  • Budgeting
This online workshop will be run Q&A style, whilst allowing for anonymity. Registration is free to attend. A Zoom link will be sent to you.
